BOOKING

For a proper booking of a Hotel accommodation please send a written request by e-mail or Fax with the following information: Hotel, room type, dates of arrival and departure, your name, citizenship, payment details (cash, credit card), your e-mail address or Fax number.

For booking of a service please specify your requirements: type of service, date, time, etc. Do not forget to order an entry visa to Russia for yourself.

"EYE VISTA Travel" will send a written confirmation and Invoice for accommodation and service by return Fax or e-mail within 1 - 24 hours.

PAYMENT

The full payment for ordered accommodation and services should be effected in advance before the date of arrival by a wire transfer. Please note that you should cover all charges of your, intermediate and Russian banks. For a payment done by cash or credit card "EYE VISTA Travel" will ask you to send a "Letter of Guaranteed Payment" signed by yourself or to fill and sign the special "Credit Card Payment Agreement" form.

Please note that cash and credit card payments are subject of 5% sales tax extra charges.

In case if your payment delayed or made incorrectly or not in time "EYE VISTA Travel" has the full right to cancel reservations and services and does not take responsibility for your further stay in Russia.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

All changes or cancellations for reservations of accommodation and services should be done in a written form by e-mail or Fax to avoid misunderstandings.

• For individual reservations not less than 48 hours prior to 00:00 hours of the day of arrival or ordered service without penalty.
• For group reservations (up to 15 rooms) not less than 96 hours (4 days) prior to 00:00 hours of the day of arrival or ordered service without penalty.

Please note that changes and cancellations for services which start on Saturday, Sunday, Official Public Holidays or the first working day after that should be strictly done before 00:00 hours of the last working day prior to the above mentioned days.

In case of delay with sending changes or cancellations effected by your side "EYE VISTA Travel" has the full right to charge the amount equal to the cost of the ordered visa or/and all services or/and the first night of a Hotel accommodation including meals set for that day.

LATE ARRIVAL AND "NO SHOW".

Please note that "EYE VISTA Travel" has the full right to terminate the service and charge a penalty fee if a client does not arrive by an appointed time to the Hotel or to place set as a "start point" of an ordered service. Zero limit is set for fixed departures of trains, airplanes, buses, etc.

Fifteen minutes limit is set for the fixed excursions in the Kremlin or other similar places of interest, museums, etc.

• One hour limit is set for a guide-interpreter waiting time.
• Two hours limit is set for ordered transfers, bus and car rent.
• Twenty four hours limit is set from check-in to check-out time of the day next to the day of the ordered accommodation. Non arrival to a Hotel within mentioned above period is considered as ?no show¦.
